pretty please...

I have been trying to 'pretty' up my blog a bit, but I am having problems getting my computer to agree with me!!! Please bear with me while I attempt to teah my computer just whose boss and actually have a blog that reflects a little more about me.
Have a great day - I had a very late night last night....nearly 3-30am when I hit the sack after feeling very inspired and not the least bit tired! (Feel tired now though! lol)I got some new jewellery made, a necklace fixed for breathless and also a start on my mini book for Emily! I will post a couple of pics and say more about the book once complete!

New Layout

After a busy yet wonderful day on Saturday with an open house for all my jewellery at catwalk bridal, I decided to take a little break from jewellery and so Sunday night I made this LO. My pretty princess and her baby photo from the hospital.
Lots and lots of new jewllery still to be made, but I think another LO today will be in order....and I have that mini book for bubs I have been meaning to make since forever!!!

Hard at work

I have been working hard (and very late at night!) in preparation to my jewellery party/open house at Catwalk Bridal tomorrow. I am really looking forward to it and hoping to get quite a few people come through the doors - the more the better!
I have a stack of new and beautiful swarovski bits and I am pretty pleased with the creations I have made with them - I will take a few pics today so i can post a few!
After tomorrows efforts I think I will take a few days to catch up on some scrapping - I am so inspired just busy! Although the other day I made some beautiful cards which I must also photograph today and post - a couple of them with the new kaisercraft papers I get in my monthly envelope from Kaiser with the new brochure for the month - after playing with the half sheet of paper for cards, I am looking forward to ordering the full range of papers!
well must be off and get organised so after the park this morning with the kiddies I can sit down and do some work!

Well last night was my second jewellery/scrapbooking class and it was great!! A couple of people had to pull out last minute, but 3 lovely ladies showed up and the time very quickly flew! I wasn't expecting 3 ladies to want to do jewellery, so although I had heaps of gear, I wasn't THAT organised with kits and so forth, but nevertheless they all walked away with some beautiful jewellery, and my scrappers worked on some gorgeous off the page kaiser bits. Next month I will have to remember the camera (in my many many bags of gear to take) so I can post some pics!
Have an awesome day - I have a couple more ladies today for my usual wed class at home so there is still much to do.....

I hope that you are all having a lovely easter - mine has been quite relaxing so far, not doing a great deal so thats nice for a change!
I have a heap of new jewellery to make ready fro my open house at catwalk bridal next saturday, but I also have a stack of scrapping i am busting to do!! Ah I guess we just take one step at a time...
I was quite pleased with my kaiser craft entrance pieces for the design team application, I think they were inundated with applications so we will just have to wait and see...
Looking forward to dinner tonight with my family and as soon as I get home it will be time to get the kids into bed and then time to get into the study and get some work done....
